A product designer who turns complex problems into products that feel simple and intuitive
I’ve spent 4 years working across telecom, government, and sales tech industries. This work gave me constant reps at the thing I really care about: taking something complicated and full of competing stakeholders and business constraints, and turning it into something anyone can use.
I'm currently looking for product design roles at consumer tech companies, startups and smaller teams especially, where I can bring that same "make the complicated simple" skillset to something people choose to use, not just have to.

With a bachelor's degree in journalism and a career since spent as a product design consultant, I've always gravitated toward work that values understanding people. Journalism taught me to ask good questions and actually listen to the answer, and product design uses those same skills but is aimed at a screen instead of a news story. Whether I'm auditing a clunky government website, testing the newest iteration of an app, or coaching a fitness class on the side, I'm always trying to see things from the perspective of others.
I love my dog, pop culture, traveling, and anything outdoorsy. I feel most productive working on creative projects from a coffee shop, and most annoyed at myself on the rare day I forget my reusable bag at the grocery store.
